By far the best groomer we've ever had. Our dog used to be terrified to get a haircut at our old groomer (we tried two different ones before we went to New Paws) ... And then he would be sad for the next week. Now he jumps with excitement to go, and doesn't want to leave when we go to pick him up haha Jess and her staff are incredible and do an amazing job every time. ️
Jess and Brittany are absolutely amazing. They take pride in the work they do. And make sure they are doing it right. 10/10 would recommend. Although I had recently brought my dog here to have a bath with her best bud for her 1st birthday and The Owner screamed and yelled at the customers because the dogs eye was scratched and had to go to the vet, Betsy tried to negotiate but then called it off because it was too much. Very disrepectful to her customers, she even tried to deny me and my dog service because I used to co-op with them I've done nothing wrong to them I mean I worked there for free and she's gonna complain? Horrible service
Lol at the few comments slamming their staff, im a bettin man, and im bettin that theyre all pillow biting, parade attending jam tarts who likely expected that they too, were getting pampered. Once it was explained that these services are not for them, just their pets, they grabbed their tissues, weeped all the way home, and took to online smear campaigns. Best staff, best care for my three kids, recommended for anyone who doesnt require validation for their feelings, and just want the best services for their fur babies.
We've brought our dog to a few different groomers over the years, and he was always stressed and sad afterwards. This is the first place he actually ENJOYS going to, and when we pick him up he's smiling and happy. Jess and her staff are amazing, and always do a great job. Highly recommend!
