I got my car in September and the experience was fantastic. The whole process was so smooth sales representative Ting was amazing! I love my new Nissan they even tinted my windows, a complimentary gift since this was my first time financing a car. I recommend to anyone looking to get a new ride.

I didn't have a good experience with Nissan about a month ago, I bought a brand-new vehicle from them, and they gave me one year free oil change but before the year end I went to change oil, after they completed oil change they charge me close to 100 dollars for oil change I told them I have a free oil change for one year, the shift manager just start working for Nissan keep making excuses and not let me talk to her Manager. I left a message for her Manager to call me no body ever contact me and I am very disappointed with Nissan organization... I don't think I will do business with them in the future and I recommended every customer be very careful whatever contract you do with Nissan on Tecumseh.

My first bad experience here was in 2010. When I went to pick up my car, I got in it and it was the WRONG car!! Not only was it not the car I had negotiated for but they had sold the car I had chosen. I drove away with no car. I got the manager involved and he ended up finding me a demo for similar terms. I did love the demo and ended up buying it at the end of the lease BUT, when I went to buy it, the sales person tried to charge me an extra 200 fee above what Nissan Canada told me on the phone. I ended up buying directly through Nissan Canada and the local dealership had the nerve to phone me asking for payment again AFTER I completed the transaction. I had forgotten the pain of the transaction (similar to what happens with child birth I suppose) and was going to go back this week to look at a new Rogue. As a person with a disability and a medical exemption including a doctor's note, I could not be accommodated like any other human. Instead of trying to make this better, the general manager emailed me, making it worse. I feel sorry for the employees there as I am now buying in Chatham.

I just brought my FIRST BRAND NEW "NISSAN KICKS"The entire experience was incredibly amazing. I had recently been in a bad car accident. And after I had surgery. My anxiety level was high. BRANDON was my sales person. He was extremely helpful. He even went above and beyond by driving the vehicle to my house. So I could test drive it. I would definately give my experience FIVE GOLD STARS. With a shout out also to ANNE of finance.

Bunch of scam and fraud, charged my credit without my consent. Beaware of Rick Guenther very unprofessional, tries to scam you and sales team have no clue about what they say. Everyone have their own way of doing things and no clue.

I had my 32000 km service done ! Staff was good , good waiting area and coffee as well ! I moved from Toronto to Windsor recently , service experience was good and hope it goes good as well in coming times. They should offer car wash coupon like other dealership !
