Oil change
Long story short, they had my truck for 3 days and didn't do any work on it, dispite me making an appointment. My truck had the check engine light on, saying the fuel sensor was malfunctioning, and was also in need of an oil change. I called and booked an appointment for the oil change and asked about getting the fuel sensor fixed. The employee told me that they could do the oil change and would look into what parts needed to be ordered to fix the fuel sensor. Though I'd have to book a new appointment to repair the fuel sensor when the parts come in. I said that was fine, and made an appointment for the oil change, for a time and date about a week later. I dropped my truck off, and 3 days later I hadn't heard anything, so I called. They hadn't touched my truck. It was still parked where I left it. No oil change. No call to rebook the appointment. I won't be considering them for mechanical issues again. I took my truck to provincial Chrysler, and had a great experience. Truck was fixed the next day.

I love the undercoating they do and they make sure you're vehicle is clean afterwards. It's a real great idea plus they work on tires.
Lawrence took my phone call and had me booked in for the following day no questions asked. I didn’t get a chance to meet the crew because I had someone drop my car off and pick it up for me but 5/5 service. Took great care of my S5. They even did a salt eliminator bath before the coating for no charge. I’ll definitely be back in the spring and seasons to come.
