This is hands down my favorite restaurant for Pho but since new restrictions I've been unable to go. Now that they offer debit with delivery I made an order. The soup arrived piping hot and the rest of the ingredients crisp and fresh. It was so perfect and delicious with incredibly generous portions. I highly recommend them.

I've never been a big fan of Pho. I've been to a few Pho places and I've always had the same result while trying to find one that I liked. It always had a weird after taste, tasted funky in general, or made me feel unwell after. I do have to say, I think I finally found my new Pho place. I had the well done beef brisket and it was absolutely delicious. There was no weird aftertaste, and the portion was well more then enough to keep me full hours into the night. The broth was the perfect amount of savory and oily, and all in all I left happy. The staff too we very kind and went above and beyond. I do have to say, I went with a few friends and we did have to ask a few times of extra things like a side of hot sauce but other then that, the experience was nice overall. The prices are amazing also. A solid and good sized meal for 13 and some change before tip. I'd recommend this place to pretty much everyone. Delicious food, good prices, and very friendly staff.
I've been coming here for years. 1st time I ever had Pho to now, I've tried and liked different places as well, but I always come back to Xic Lo. The food is always top notch and served quickly. I'm a creature of habit, so I almost always order either #19, #69, and/or the summer rolls. When I've branched onto other menu items I\\m never disappointed. Over the years you can tell they have also re-invested in the business - TV's, décor, general appearance. Great place!
Pho Xic Lo has quickly become my favourite Pho in the city. The broth is so clean, the service is great, and your pho always comes out quick.
