Nice furniture. Poorly run business. Furniture came in two months late. A year later, had to reorder for matching set (was not available online).....here we go again. Same excuses each week. They must read a script. Orders are likely placed weeks later to delay payments. The girls are clueless. Was told at one point the owner, John was on vacation and they have no idea the delivery status or if it was even shipped yet. It did finally arrive...and was delivered. 5 hours late of course. Few nicks and scratches but at that point was just happy it showed. So if you love frustrating experiences and enjoy waiting a few extra months.....this is the place for you!

We went in on the 21st of March, 2017. Ordered a couch and a chair for my wife's birthday. After a screwing up the delivery, we got the couch after roughly an 8 week wait - not out of the ordinary. However... the chair and getting it delivered is the stuff that old Vincent Price zombie movies are made of. We have initiated almost of ALL the dialogue about getting the chair sorted out: promises for return calls and various delivery dates have been broken time after time. Not being one to fall prey to Albert Einstein's definition of true and complete insanity (doing the same thing over and over while expecting a different result) I will be seeking a refund for the chair. The people are nice and seem genuinely concerned; they just don't seem to have a good grasp of internal communication or customer service. And, like a customer I will vote with my feet. 17-AUG-2017: But, WAIT! There's more to this saga; this is the customer experience that just keeps on giving. We asked for the refund and were told by Dan that it would be all taken care of, no worries. But, that it might take three weeks for it to show on the card account. Well... it's been now four (4) weeks and we have to call Phoenix AGAIN to extract the truth from them. Save yourself the grief and take your business to another vendor.
Purchased multiple items here through the years, Always unique items and helpful people. I picked up a dining table here over the weekend. Dan not only wrapped it up perfectly for transport, he even offered to give me a hand bringing it in my home after work. That's the type of above and beyond service you can expect when you shop local.
Friendly service, great selection and quality products. I've shopped here for years and have always been pleased with the quality and price of their home decor and furniture. Yes special orders take time.....like they do everywhere, but it's worth the wait for a good quality product. If you want something immediately and cheaply made then you should shop at Walmart and get what you pay for. If you want goid quality and great service then shop here!
ABSOLUTELY WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AND WILL DETOUR EVERYONE I KNOW FROM DOING SO AS WELL!!! I SPENT 1400.00 ON A PRODUCT THAT I ORDERED AND TOOK 12WEEKS TO GET IT. IN THE MEANTIME WAS GIVEN THE RUN AROUND AND EXCUSE AFTER EXCUSE OF WHERE MY ITEM WAS AND HOW LONG TIL I WOULD RECEIVE IT! WHEN FINALLY GOT IT WAS DAMAGED WAS TOLD SOMEONE WOULD CONTACT ME TO COME TO MY HOME TO REUPHOLSTER IT THAT WAS OVER 2 WEEKS AGO AND SURPRISINGLY LOL NO CALLS YET !!! ABSOLUTELY DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THERE CUSTOMERS AT ALL. THEY WILL GO OUT OF BUSINESS SOON ENOUGH WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE LIKE THEY GIVE! The owner Dan is completely unorganized and messed up at every step of our transaction. I was sleeping ON THE FLOOR the first week I moved into my new house 2 and a half years ago because when I bought a bed from them (Sonoma Queen Bed White leather 63 Praline) they told me would take 4-6 weeks to arrive so I bought it May 4 2015, 8 weeks in advance of my move in date (July 1 2015) “to be safe.” I STILL HAVE THE RECEIPT TO PROVE IT. They made an excuse that a “2 week shutdown” in Montreal created a back log of orders, and after complaining they gave me their floor model to hold me over until the new one arrived (and no discount even). OVER THE SPAN OF THE NEXT YEAR I would call them sporadically to ask about my new bed and they were always “still waiting on that bed.” I eventually gave up knowing they most likely TOOK MY 2784.32 AND FORGOT TO PLACE THE ORDER then decided to give me the run around instead of admit their mistake. It’s now been 2 and a half years and I still have the floor model along with their tools they set aside in the drawer for when they take it back. This is what happens when you are unorganized, you can’t keep track of anything and they seem overwhelmed because they don’t delegate which only adds to the mess. Even John himself tried to apologize for Dan’s rude attitude and said he’s not good with people. I read the other reviews here and it just burns me even more that they at least got their order whether it was damaged or not. I didn’t even get mine!!!!
