Going to Phoenix is a warm feeling, everyone is do friendly and outgoing. I love to pick out pieces of jewelry that has s meaning to the receiver. I have jewelry myself from them and enjoy wearing it.

I will never go anywhere else. I had never been to this jeweller before but for sure I will be back. My husband has purchased small items here but I have only had repairs done on some old jewellery and it was at another jeweller, so when we needed a chain fixed, I took it where I had gone in the past. I felt their quote was on the high side and they were really pressuring me to have it fixed and quoted me a crazy high amount for what the chain was worth, presumably so I would think their quote wasn't that much in comparison to the value of the chain. I decided to get another quote and if it was similar I would know that at least it was \the going rate\. To my surprise, the cost to fix it at Phoenix was less than 20% of the cost of the other jeweller. The repair was complete in just a couple of days and we couldn't be happier.

Our entire family loves to shop at Phoenix Jewellers. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. From Christmas to anniversary celebrations, we are always able to find that perfect gift. It is also very beneficial that they keep a record of your purchases and a wish list for every client so another member of your family or a friend can walk in and purchase a piece of jewellery that you know they will like. If you cannot find the exact something you are looking for, they can help you create what you want or they will do their best to find and order what you want.
