I really like the Pizza. I have tried many Pizza places over the City...and this Pizza Plus Branch in Sandwich on Felix is very very nice. I visited a few times this week. I hope they keep making good Pizzas like this.

Bought the pizza for my family. They put leftover crispy chicken in my Pizza today. That ruined the whole taste. Money gone, time wasted and review decreased to one point. You can see the crumbs on the side, in the attached picture. Very disappointed....
I've been getting food from here for a while and these people are odd. They always give me a higher total than what it should be based on their menu prices. They do this EVERY TIME to make more money off of customers. It's hard to continuously debate the price every time. Just increase the price then??? and calculate it properly. They just aren't genuine people and their menu feels different these days too. I think they changed the ingredients. Never buying from here again.
Reasonable food for the money. Serving sizes are decent. But... An item was missing from the delivery: Immediately called, but there was no answer. Left a brief message with the order number and the problem, but no one bothered to return the call. Sent an email about the problem, with a copy of the receipt, but no one bothered to reply, nor did a delivery driver return with the missing item. Therefore what else can I surmise, other than the sale is much more important than accuracy and customer service. [If someone would have taken half a minute to return the call (or email), remedied the situation, or perhaps offered credit, then I'd have scored twice the stars, and Pizza Plus would be receiving a positive review, and positive word of mouth. Unfortunately, they were given two opportunities to do so... but failed]
