A pleasure to be a Radian tenant. Been a tenant for 13 years and not once have I ever had a problem with there services.
Where people flourish\ untrue tag line. Radian left us without a working shower for over a week. Shower curtain rail has been broken for over four years and to top it off said they couldn't fix the kitchen sink, no availability for two weeks. Not able to wash up for two weeks. Nah. Unacceptable
