I've never shopped at Rain Fitness in person (not in the area at all for me) but I've bought a few things from their online store. They carry some really well-made activewear and I appreciate that many of the brands are made in Canada or in the USA. Everything I've ordered has always arrived super fast and been carefully and thoughtfully packaged, including personal touches like handwritten notes. I've never had any issues with my orders and even if something came up, the above suggests to me their customer service will be great. Happy to recommend RF :)

shipped me the wrong size item, told me when it doesn't fit they will send me the correct one I ordered. When I emailed them they refused and said send them back. well honestly I would never have purchased the other pants either if I knew they weren't going to get me the correct item. Now I have to go through a bunch of effort to get a refund from Rain fitness, and find something elsewhere fort a gift. Not impressed. Wouldv'e rather shopped at lululemon. Reply back you say several weeks, but I received your shipment in the new year, I also notified you last week. Your definition of several is off to suit your needs.

I took my first yoga class a couple weeks ago. Wasn’t sure what I would need so I stopped by Rain Fitness. They set my wife and I up with yoga mats and towels that worked well for hot yoga. Great service and selection of products. Will definitely be back!
Incredible quality merch, apparently ethically sourced if not North American made. Customer service was awesome. Can't recall the last time I provided my email address in store. I did so without hesitation at Rain today. It was a great shopping experience and I will be back.

Great quality. My capris are so comfortable. They are also multi purpose as these can be used for fitness or with a dress long top they can be work capris.
