Worst customer service ever. They set me up a video call appointment and been waiting for almost 2hrs still no call. I called them and no one answered for almost an hour. They are the worst compared to other banks.

Nobody answered the phone
They should not have a phone number to. All if there is nobody to answer it. Waited on hold for 30 minutes with a question. Nobody answered so I hung up
