We bought a house a few months ago from Mr.Kevin Mollard only to recently find out someone had recently committed suicide in there. When I contacted my realtor she was not notified either and she was shocked as well. since we found out there has not been a comfortable night for my family especially my dear wife. please be very careful dealing with this man. I am going to bring the justice upon you sir as I have already opened an investigation through Orea on you and more surprises for you further down the road. I put a small For Sale sign in my front Window only to have some Guy named Kevin Mollard call me and asked me \BY NAME\ (not written on sign) if my House was still For Sale and how much I wanted for it ? When I asked him how he knew my name , he replies he has been selling Real Estate for Yrs , When I asked him again how he knew my name , he asks what I was not getting ? When I asked him who he thought he was to do a Title Search on my Property , he told me to be quite . Real classless Person in my opinion and very scary business practice in my opinion to be doing a Title / Ownership search on a persons home that they are selling privately . Makes me wonder what else he has done to other people . Pretty sad and scary when you can not even try to sell your home privately without someone abusing their power and doing a title search on PRIVATE PROPERTY , then calling . Very unethical in my opinion
