RenoRight updated our kitchen and two bathrooms. The work was completed on time and budget without any significant issues. All of the trades were well mannered and took great care of our property. They even put boards down on our newer driveway to prevent any work trucks leaking fluids or other damage during demo. They put floor runners down on our carpeted stairs and used poly partitions around work areas. Cleaning was done daily. We were very impressed by the extent of care taken on top of the core project itself. This is a great company to hire and we are very fortunate to have found them randomly on Google. Thank you again!!!

Very good quality of work. We made a lot of changes increasing the amount of time things took and cost but also received additional value from these items. Work was finished in days leading up to shutdown and management was prompt to ensure that we could return to home life right away. Thank you for your professionalism and responsiveness in dealing with our concerns.
We hired this firm to take on a large renovation at our property. We were able to stay at our cottage during this time. Understandably we encountered some delays due to the virus as additional precautions had to be taken limiting the number of trades that could be working at any given time. Progress continued to be made each and every day and they made no effort to avoid getting things done due to the virus going around. Upon completion they sanitized everything and recommended that we wait at least 14-17 days before using the property again.
Our newly renovated bathroom is like waking up to being in a luxury hotel every morning. The TV in the glass was a really nice touch as well. I never thought we would actually use the speakers the shower either but we do.
Andrew and his crew were professional from the outset of our first meeting. The quote we initially received was very detailed and came with a "performance based" draw system. Although we offered to pay more up front as per the contract, he did not ask for a down payment until work was nearly half way complete and we called him to settle up once the work was done. He never asked us for payment once besides covering the initial material costs, well into the job. We had a really bad experience in the past dealing with another contractor who took us for a ride. Dealing with Andrew really changed our view of how a company with integrity can operate. The sub-trades were wonderful as well and all seemed very happy to be working together. My wife and I hired RenoRight to renovate our kitchen and three bathrooms. Rachel assisted us with all of the design selections while Andrew managed the project to perfection. He pushed us to keep things on budget and warned us when some of our choices would push things over. The only additional changes we ran into were from design changes that we ended up making and the entire job was completed within 3% of the contractural price with that 3% difference being for the changes that we made to plumbing fixtures on the design side as my wife opted to go with gold fixtures instead of the standard ones we had originally. Andrew was extremely professional and answered our calls, emails and text messages within a few minutes at all times of the day. The trades working were also amazing.
RenoRight has renovated several of our investment properties in London and Windsor. We have found the quality of the work done to be very good and pricing fair in comparison to other contractors we have dealt with over the years.
We contracted RENORIGHT to update our master bathroom so that it would have a steam shower. They also removed all of our carpeting to install new engineered flooring throughout. The work was completed ahead of schedule and without issue. We would use this contractor again.
