It is a great place to pick up most of the best cat foods. If you register online for the first time use, you will receive a 10 dollars coupon, which is a great deal! But I need to point out that the lady charged me one extra can of cat food in my last visit to the store. I didn’t check until I was home. They could have been more careful and it is impossible for me to travel back to the store for 3 dollars.

I bought from rens the first time my German shepherd food the 30 lb dry food they were very helpful then second time I repeat it but I took different bag by mistake my dog didn’t like it I phoned the store and the lady. Agreed to take it back she also offered to exchanged and get the other back ready for pick up for me and she looked up in the computer and gave me some advice When I came to exchange everything was ready and receipt didn’t take one minute even the lady was the st ore manager the one answered that did everything her name is Michelle Excellent customer service I recommend everyone to shop there for their pets. Thank you so much
Amazing store, the best pet store in the city in my opinion. SO clean and well organized it made my OCD so happy I didn't want to leave. They now have a customer for life.
Wonderful costumer service and great knowledge of products. They sell brands not familiar to the area but are price competitive and good for your dog. Not the Big Box variety that are bottom of the barrel. Very happy with our experience, and will be back for more
Expensive, expensive, expensive. I will never return. I felt 2 emotions here. 1 was violated, cause the prices are outrageous, and 2 I felt like a peasant. It's nice to see what Oprah, Ellen, and Denzel feed their pets, but for people like me who don't make 7 figures a year! This store is a pass.
Absolutely appalled by the lack of staff that you guys have. It took 11 minutes for an employee to come help me. Granted, the employee was really friendly and deserves a raise because he was running the show by himself. He even helped me pick out some amazing raw food for my dog which I appreciate immensely. Consider hiring more staff because one person helping customers isn't fair.
While the store does have some good deals, its employees never seem to understand this. Each time I have gone, I have to remind the employees to key in the discount. It is getting VERY frustrating. Good deals, employees seem lost.
So many Canadian products! I was very excited to find they sell Open Farm freeze dried raw in larger bags than on open farms own website. It's all I feel my dogs with sensitive bellies and made in Canada.
