Terrible pharmacy! After moving and using shoppers pharmacy forever I decided to give rexall a shot. Much to my demise the staff working there are incredibly rude, one lady in the pharmacy in particular. I called asking for a refill on my prescription, the staff argued about it but essentially ended up refilling it. I called for the pick up and to confirm it was ready to be very rudely told \I told you before you don't have a prescription here GO TO SHOPPERS\ I had the fax confirmation from my doctor that the prescription was sent to this specific store, so I walked over (I live next door) and guess what!!?? MY PRESCRIPTION WAS FILLED AND THERE! Not at shoppers like I was so rudely told on the phone by the miserable lady working there. Needless to say ALL of my prescriptions have been moved back to shoppers, where they have much more polite staff and actually treat people respectfully.
OK, so this place is located downtown and has a huge parking lot, free parking, and well lighted at night. It is open till 10pm I think it is better than Shoppers Drug Mart. There is a bus stop right out front. Very convenient for it's name category.
