Got sold shingles with ripped bags and coming out loose as roofer helper tries to carry them up the ladder. I called to request an exchange and got sworn at and hung up on. They insisted on changing only a few shingles (not bundle)- the ones with holes in them, my son had to go and insist before they took them back and refunded the money. I have photos of the shingles and would be willing to post them if needed. Very rude and abusive, I wonder if that is how they treat everyone or just my kind....God knows.
this place is a complete joke !! never saw a business like this in my life, very un proffesinal, old lady runs around behind the counter sweating acting like shes crazy, looks like she could have a heart attack anytime, should retire already.dont ever shop here, theres way more proffesinal business you could go to , like tamar, they are GREAT !
