My fiance called this clinic and asked if there was still time to talk to a doctor as they closed in an hour. The receptionist (who was actually really nice) said that he was just leaving but would have him call him. Not sure why they were closing early. The doctor calls him (we didn't catch his name) and he asks my fiance what's wrong. After explaining the problem the doctor suggested a medication. My fiance mentioned that he already tried it as suggested by another doctor but it didn't help his issue. The doctor at Roseland Clinic said \I can't help you.\ and that was it. My fiance then asked the doctor what he should do and if he should get an x-ray or see another doctor. The doctor said o\. What kind of doctor just says \I can't help you\ to someone? It seems like he wanted to leave early and was VERY annoyed that a patient was calling for help. I used to go to this clinic and I'm embarrassed I recommended it to him. If I could give this 0 stars I would.

This clinic is not bad at all, only small problem the number of doctors that they change, some would be good pretty patient, pretty specific with explanation and listening well. Other small times can run into certain doctors where they just quickly nod their heads, maybe say yeah typical cold for example, quick writing for prescription and done. Luckily it wasn't worse or more then just cold I've been going here for years and pretty reliable, except for odd opening and closing hours and receptionist.

Went today for the first time. When I arrived it seemed like it would be a really long wait as there was about 8 people ahead of me already waiting to sign in. To my surprise things moved fast and when I did see the doctor she was very pleasant and did not want to just throw antibiotics at me which I appreciate. But rather preferred to follow up with me next week. Reception was also very nice, warm and welcoming. I read some not great reviews before going in so I went in with little expectation but was pleasantly surprised! Would recommend to anyone looking for a walk in.

The receptionist is very rude. Called for hours and would not let me know what time they closed. Just that they were open for “phone call appointments” only. Never go here!
