From the entry to the passport office to exit from the passport office it took a hardly 4-5 minutes. Unbelievable performance and so well politeness staff including the security person. I have experience of three countries' government staff and their work performance including my native country but never ever find so quick performance. Awesome. I am proud to be a Canadian.

The employee that helped me today was absolutely amazing! I was very nervous going to get my passport renewed on my own for the first time but the staff was so helpful and made me feel very comfortable. I also overheard another employee have an amazing conversation with a young boy beside me which is not something I would expect. Overall amazing experience!

The nightmare experience getting a passport for a 4 years old. The employee name Karen was so rude and behaved like she owns the passport office. Thanks that rest of the staff was awesome.
