On April 26/21 Three Silverline employees entered my backyard by disabling two locking mechanisms on my gate, There was two vehicles in the driveway and I was home, Instead of giving me time to come outside and open the gate they chose to enter my private property. When I confronted them I asked if there is an emergency and they needed to access the pole, The answer was NO. Instead of apologizing they tried to make excuses for there actions. I wanted to call Silverline, It was after 4 pm the office was closed so I emailed them. It's 8:30 am the following morning, Sliverline opened at 7 am. I'm waiting for a response, I don't want to call because I'm very upset.After speaking with the owner I wanted to add this, Silverline employees are not at fault, This is all management's fault, Management feels that a easement means that don't have to show any respect for the homeowner or their property. This is the first time in 17 years I've had to deal with a company's management, every other company has management that respects the homeowner and their property. Good management is the key.
