If I could rate 0 I would their customer service is extremely poor. Came to purchase and item and they were sold out. Told us there will be more out today so we come back and still none out. Then they tell us they have them in the back in boxes but refuse to go and pull it out for us to purchase. Then give us an attitude because we're not impressed because we've been standing in there store for an hour waiting. Just completely poor service all the way around.

I definitely give 5 star!! Every thing great condition, parts working, sounds, no busted packaging. Sooo many options and we came out with things that we had hoped to find. Staff were very pleasant and helpful we are coming back for my others daughters costume selection and more yard décor
Sold out of the two animatronics that I wanted in the first week it was open. Many they do have are not working or broken already.
A huge place. There you can find all kinds of costumes and stuff. Very nice.
