I love the sales and yes I was told the shoes were not refundable but the receipt does say you can exchange if need be. I am satisfied with my purchases and even got an extra discount for buying my 3rd pair! so happy!

Purchased a pair of shoes for 90 that I was unsure about at time of purchase. I go and read the receipt: no refund. This was not mentioned once at all prior to buying. I've worked in retail for several years, and can't imagine ever not telling a customer something is final sale, especially when it cost so much. Will not be shopping there again.

NO REFUND! NO REFUND! NO REFUND! I have to let people know since the store won't tell you this! I went to return for some shoes after I only bought them for 15 minutes, but was told no returns that's the store policy. Why didn't you tell me when I was paying for them???? With the budget stuck with their store, I couldn't buy the shoes I like in another store which I shopped later(GLOBO with good customer service and good shoes, full refund if you didn't wear them outdoors). So rethink if you are getting shoes that you won't be able to return even though you didn't wear them at all!!!

Terrible customer service! To be surrounded by 5 employees (including the Manager/owner) arguing with you about wanting a refund on shoes that were bought 2 hours previously was absolutely disgusting! We were misled by the sale price (charged full price instead) so after discussing the purchase, we went back to ask for our money back, but were bombarded and told we were Liars in a store full of people. DISGRACEFUL!!!
