Sunrise is a very solid facility and well kept. Care teams are well-trained and pleasant. Residents and families offer high satisfaction. Significant price point puts the community out of reach for some but great property and great care for those who can afford it.
If I could rate lower than one star I would, I have never met such cold hearted money driven people in my life, for them to be running an elderly care facility is absolutely unfathomable. When I spoke with the other tenants, they all said the same thing. Upper management is oblivious and heartless, the support workers were tragically under trained and seemed to wander clueless through the halls. Please re consider all staff members or terminate your business immediately. It is a business that preys on the vulnerable elderly and I have never been more upset, or disappointed in my life.
Wow can't belive this place ....You get people's loved ones in there you charge them 8 thousand a month for what ??? The residents can only take one shower a week and if they wash there hands and face it's extra , They pump so much drugs in there residents it's un called for !!! Your loved one gets abused from a employee that you witNess your self you ask her to stop she does it agane finds it funny ...you go talk to higher power staff and they Yell at you for going to them with your concerns about your loved one .Makes me sick to my stomach! ! There are maybe 3 staff members that are good and kind but the 95 percent of them walk around with no smiles complain about there job and just rude to visiters and neglect there residents this place is by far the most disrespectfull place I've ever witnessed !!!
