I am extremely disappointed. I recently moved back to my roots previously living in Toronto. I had sent this chocolate to my friend in Toronto who is an avid chocolate lover and I was hoping to support a local business. It has been close to a month, no chocolate. I have sent several responses and not one reply. The is gone, there is no chocolate. I have dealt with many local businesses here who are fantastic. I will not be recommending this is horrible customer service.

Hand-crafted bean to bar chocolate in Windsor! Amazing! I loved the variety and trying all the chocolates. My favourites were Mother Ginger and Salty Almond.
Placed an order, they sent the wrong chocolate. They said they would send what we ordered, 8 months later of messaging them asking when we will get what we ordered and they're ignoring all requests.

Placed an order to pick up on said day. Had a long day working so by the time I got there the business was closed. Business does not have any set hours because of corona and I have a really weird schedule so I couldn’t coordinate a time with this lady to pick up my order. A month later I still don’t have my order and there are no refunds for the 26 dollar ice cream sandwiches and was not offered a delivery service. Horrible response time as well from this lady.
Best caramel chocolate in the world. Michele knows her flavours and will takes the time to educate you about the bean, the region and the flavours. If she'd happens to have any baked goods when you visit her shop buy them all! Her bars are like chocolate you've never had before!
Absolutely the best chocolate ever. The flavour is amazing. Any questions asked are always answered. The quality is just unlike anything else. I have been coming here for a year, she does do seasonal flavours like the mint one right now. There are vegan and dairy free options available, since she does make all the chocolate herself she does know what is in every single bar.
