I took to Facebook asking for recommendations for an insurance broker and out of all the recommendations Jesmond was the first (and only) person to reach out to me ready to help me with my insurance dilemma. It turned out that not only was a given a terrible quote by my previous broker for my business insurance, my policy also expired the same day I was given the quote. I needed new insurance fast and Jesmond got me insurance (with a better quote) ASAP. Not only did he get me insurance for my building he also got me a better rate for my vehicle within an hour of talking to him over the phone! He saved me a ton of money and a really big headache! He made the entire process super easy and even went to the office on a Saturday so I could have everything set up in a timely manner. He was very informative, honest and efficient. Definitely the qualities you want in your insurance broker!
