I had the perfect experience at Tatum's. We were greeted at the door, took our coats and shoes off and head upstairs to have a seat on the couches. I showed Tatum some dresses I found online and described my style. She quickly found dresses that I was excited to try on. The process went seamless for me, and Tatum was very accommodating. When I found the dress that I though suited me perfectly she grabbed some earrings, a head piece and veil to pull the look together which sealed the deal :) a perfect morning!!

Tatum's was welcoming, friendly, helpful, just amazing through the whole experience! They helped me pick the most beautiful dress, exactly what I (didn't know) I was looking for! Every step of the way (even with having to rebook our wedding due to covid) they were helpful. They have a huge selection and will have the dress you are looking for! I can't say enough, a huge thank you to them!
I was in the shop last Friday to look at veils for my daughter who is out of province. Mary was wonderful, she patiently pulled out veils that met the descriptions of what my daughter would be interested in and gave us expert advice. She held out the veils for me to video for my daughter and we both described them to her. Thank you so much for your time and expertise Mary!
Tatum waited on us. She was very impatient and pushed us to buy a dress my daughter didn’t love. Found this to be a very uneventful experience. She kept checking her watch and muttering under her breath. As this was our first stop looking for a dress. Wasn’t really impressed. But we stopped at another bridal store the next day and all I can say is that the second store blew us away with their customer service. We choose tatums as our first stop as we wanted to keep our business in the valley. Should really thank people for shopping there not chase them out the door

We went to Tatum's for a prom dress - yes, they are a bridal shop but our daughter is quite conservative and their bridesmaids dresses were exactly what she was looking for. As a matter of fact, we were sent upstairs and everyone was extremely helpful and polite. The young lady who helped our daughter was patient and thoughtful. She took the dresses she chose to a change room where she tried them on then when she had the first dress on she came out and had the mirrors so our daughter could see both front and back of the dress. The young lady found another dress which was also perfect. Our daughter had two amazing dresses to pick from immediately! She chose the first one and we were done. Service was excellent- helpful, polite, thoughtful! Thank you Tatum's!!!!
Terrible experience for my daughter's first time buying a wedding dress. I believe we had the "owner" serving us and she was just cranky! She belittled my daughter and made her feel worthless. The dresses are way over priced and the owner needs to take a Human Relations Course. Poor Poor service! Don't go!
So many beautiful dresses! Mary was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend going here for your special occasion.
