I received great service and Julie was very helpful, informative and accommodating. I ordered a new phone and when I picked it up, Julie let me know about a discount being offered. And I couldn't decide on a phone case, so she ordered 2 different designs, so I can choose one of the 2 to buy. She was also very helpful in setting up my new phone and transferring everything on to my new phone from my old phone that she helped set up for my daughter. I'd say that's awesome customer service. Great place to get all your mobile needs!!!

I have always had such great service at the Manning location. Kevin sold me my new Koodo service and was so very nice and helpful. Days later, I returned for help and Ross very kindly assisted me. Presented me with options and described how each worked. He also went out of his way to help me reset my new iPhone with my vehicle phone system. Julie has helped me many times over the years and she is also a gem.

This was the first time I have dealt with the Telus store on Manning Rd! I was in and out and the service hands down was amazing! I will only deal with this store from here on out. If you need a upgrade go there and see Kevin! Super helpful to not so tech savvy people like myself!

Great experience. I switched from a competing service provider to Koodo and I'm so happy I did! The service provided by Kevin in the store was amazing. Everything was fully explained and best of all....he didn't try to sell me a plan that I didn't need or would cost me more than necessary. Such a great experience here! I walked in looking to upgrade my phone and was helped super quickly! I was able to drop off my phone while I was on my lunch break and Kevin was able to transfer everything over for me and have it ready for when I was done work that day. He was super helpful and professional!

If you are eligible for an employee discount program with Telus, Smartcell is the way to go. The website makes it easy to order your phone and plan. I just did a handset upgrade with plan renewal from my basement and it took me about 10 minutes.
