Im just giving everyone a heads up The salesman from bedding, an overweight man with hazel eyes (so you can recognize him) I dealt with, tried to rip me off. I went there looking for a bed and the salesman was selling me a very expensive bed, but when I told him that my husband was on his way there he immediately walked to the other side to offer me a cheaper bed and I asked him to write the quote he had just given me, but he refused. I walked around the store and found the mattress I needed for cheaper in the corner of the store and went back to get the base from the same salesman and the price went up while I was getting the mattress. He was too busy on his phone, just sitting there texting and the price went from 799. to over 3,000 for the base. He refused to help me and when I saw that, I told him to forget about it and that I was taking my business elsewhere and left. My advice When you go shopping at Tepperman's or any store, where you are going to invest over 100 dollars, have your phone ready to record those people that don't care about their customers needs. I should add that I'm disabled with a brain injury and made a huge effort going to out in the middle of a pandemic to Teppermans to buy a new bed to make it easier getting out of bed. I'm very disgusted with how I was mistreated. I had called before going to the store about the bed and I was told by the female bedding sales person that the base I wanted was 799. Had a wonderful experience with virtual shopping. Highly recommend Dan Chevalier, who made an unusual experience fun! Dan tirelessly shopped the showroom for us, sat in and demonstrated how the furniture works and made very carefully considered suggestions which led to us purchasing completely different furniture than we had called about. He took care of all the details through to payment and delivery. The most seamless and painless experience ever, even for Tepperman's, who are always great to deal with. Thank you, Dan...we look forward to our new furniture.

am writing today to record one of the most disappointing experience I had in store today. I ordered a washer and dryer pair back in December 2020 and paid in full. Today in store I was first told that the delivery will be done in March later I was told it will not be done before May 2021. To my disappointment I still decided to get a pair that was available. The pair that was available was an older model but still was costing me more, I was told that I will have to pay even though I had paid in full for my order and It should had been scheduled right when the order was placed and paid in full. I decided to stick to my original order but while the delivery was being confirmed I was again incorrectly told that I have to pay 250 now which was later again corrected. This is highly unprofessional where I had to spend two hours in the store while my kids were waiting in the car. I am really disappointed with the service I was offered and still not sure when my delivery will be scheduled, I am moving to my house in March and do not know how I will manage my laundry until my order is delivered. The least I expected was that the representatives at the store were a little more professional and helped us get through the issue which was not the case. Hoping for a someone with the authority to get this resolved and contact me.

Received a bed frame via delivery that was partly put together - perhaps it was a showroom model? When the delivery company brought it over they didn’t wrap it at all. The headboard had gouges out of it. The feet were dented in as if they were damaged. The delivery guy ran his thumb over them and said call Tepperman’s for any issues. We called Tepperman’s and they wanted to send an associate over, during lockdown, to touch it up. Really? With some wood filler and paint? We called again and they told us they would refund us a portion should we keep it. We agreed. No refund whatsoever. I don’t generally cause much of a fuss but gouges in a bed frame... come on. So much for buying local - I will take my business elsewhere.

It is helpful when there is a good sale over there. The staff are very polite, welcoming and patient to listen to your concerns and interests. I liked the available coffee and cold water over there, that helped me to take enough time to look well around and decide what I am going to buy. The very clean washroom deserves to mention here. UPDATE, I got my order by delivery. The workers did a great job. Thanks. Also I discovered the store's website which is very organized, clear and comfortable to use and search for items. I'll keep an eye on some of them waiting for sale.
