My review is of the specific branch and not the co operators as a whole. The girl working here is beyond condescending. I’ve had multiple dealing with her that should be simple, easy and straight forward. Instead I end up hanging up like I’ve done something wrong and without any help. Now I wait until they are closed for the 1 800 department where I am greeted by a friendly person and helped without an issue. After 6 years I am leaving them due to their poor attitude (answering a basic question about my policy is your job and you’re not doing me a favour by doing so) and treatment of clients.
