Thanks for the employees today helping me get the right pair of shoes. They may have been the only size 16 in the store; but they were super knowledgeable of the types of shoes and made sure that these shoes would work for what I needed. Just did my fastest 5km since I started running again

Another great experience at The Running Factory. The service you get here is why I don't recommend buying shoes at big-box stores. The employees know what they're talking about, they fit you properly, and they have a huge inventory so you can get wide or half sizes (both in my case) on the spot.
