This place helped me immensely! They were very responsive to my questions and very willing to help me. Also can't say I've dealt with anyone so accommodating...willing to stay late and wait for me to get there. Did what I needed quickly and the price was fine. I'll be dealing with them from now on come tax time. Highly recommended.

I have been using this company for income tax preparation for some 20 years when Gary was still there, ever since. They were always on time, well organized and paying attention to every detail. Never had a problem. They helped me with every time CRA had something to amend my return with and I never had been in default or having to pay any of what CRA thought I was supposed to. Connie managed the correspondence with them for me and was always right!
Recently had an issue with truck driver tax return. When I called the tax stop, I got an impatient and unhelpful response. I understand they are busy but being rushed off the phone didn't exactly make my issue easier. Dealt with the tax stop for the last 4 years and always thought they were friendly. Given that this issue might cost me about 1500, I think I'll look for a new place to deal with my taxes. Very disappointed. Seems the friendliness was only skin deep.
