I went in to get a gift for my mum the other day, who is not doing well. The ladies here were truly amazing and kind. The manager Christine was so sweet helping me even though I was having a hard time choosing. I cannot express how amazing it was to have a complete stranger be so understanding. The other young lady there, though I do not remember her name, was also such a darling. Just after I was finished purchasing my mums gift, the rudest woman I have ever witnessed started giving the younger sales girl a very hard time over a cup she was looking at. I watched the sales girl go above and beyond trying to help her and this woman was belligerent and just being generally nasty to the poor girl. You hear about people being nasty to retail workers, and this woman was THAT person. Christine went to see if she could help and the woman started to chew her out too. Those ladies did their best to calm the lady who just seemed to want to cause trouble and hadn’t even purchased anything! The woman was even slamming her hands on the counter and snapping her fingers at the ladies. Huge kudos to the staff at Things Engraved for holding their poise and being pleasant in the face of that lady. I will be happily shop here again. Thank you ️

Fast, friendly, same day engraving service. They always have such a unique arrangement of things to choose from for every occasion. I absolutely love this store and would be upset if they ever closed. They're the perfect place to shop for sentimental, one of a kind gifts that are always of wonderful quality. I've bought everything from picture frames and keychains all the way to knives and lighters here as gifts for people over the years and have never been disappointed. They always have such awesome sales going on, too! The staff are super friendly, helpful and very patient. If you need to buy a gift for someone who isn't easy to shop for, this is definitely the place to go I was just there this past week purchasing and having a zippo kit engraved. Once again; I walked away with a personalized gift that I know is going to make someone very happy. I guarantee I'll be back a few more times in the next couple of months shopping for more unique, personalized birthday gifts, as well

just plain terrible, not only was the engraving done in the wrong place but with one wrong letters as well after specifically telling the lady which one i was referring to. She even confirmed and repeated the letter i said but proceeded to write a different one on the paper
