We've made quite a few policy changes along the way and have enjoyed working with Tina and her team every time. They've been very quick and responsive, they've explained our options clearly, never pressured us for coverage we didn't want, and they've gotten everything we've needed quickly and professionally. Tina and her team really make you feel like they're working for us and making sure we are happy. Strongly recommend you go to her for your insurance needs!

We have been clients of Tina for almost two years and we are so happy we switched! Their rates are affordable and comparable, and her team is always professional and knowledgeable. Anytime I have needed help, or had any concerns, all I had to do was call the office and someone helped me promptly. The personal touches are also very nice. Every year we receive some sort of thank you card and/or hand delivered chocolates around Christmas time. I definitely recommend Tina Medford! We feel much more secure knowing all of our insurance policies are with her at Desjardins. :)
