Obviously 95% of these reviews aren’t actually for this clinic why are all these reviews for x-ray or the blood lab ? the clinic is completely separate! The doctors and staff here are always so friendly. this is probably one of the fastest clinics in Windsor. and probably one of the only clinics open that are actually physically seeing patients in person and over the phone. People need to remember to be kind to their medical Frontline workers right now especially during these times. every time I walk in here I see patients be rude to these medical staff… Half of you giving a one star are probably these Karens to begin with!

Avoid this clinic at all costs. Although Ontario Health Card expiry has been suspended during the pandemic, this clinic claims that they cannot accept cards showing a past expiration date and they are extorting 40 cash from patients. They then refuse to provide a timely refund when returning with a renewed health card. Abominable practices for a health care provide.
Called them on Sunday to see if we would be able to come in for my son (2 years old) to be seen, weren’t sure of their protocols since he was running a fever and having trouble breathing. I will note, he’s been there before several times. The receptionist ended up arguing that because my sons health card was expired by a couple months he wouldn’t be able to be seen and we should go and renew it. We tried to online but you cannot renew a child’s health card online, it needs to be in person. The entire phone call she kept saying to renew his health card over and over again, awful service. They also cannot deny to see a patient with an expired health card at the moment due to Covid-19. Luckily we called the hospital and they said an expired health card is not a problem and he could be seen there.
They are all about the money money money There is a huge red bulletin on Ontario.ca that any health card expired after march 2020 is still valid and the expiry date on the card means nothing. Yet the TMC clinic will force you to pay 40 or LEAVE. And they did that to my 2 years old. I called the Ontario health ministry and they said that this is wrong and they are not supposed to deny service for money. So disappointed of how money oriented they ate.
It's Christmas Eve and at the last minute I found out I have a gift of a vacation , ... And, I needed extra medication to bring. They got me in and out faster than any other walk in clinic I ever went to.
