I’m getting married Friday I walked in not knowing if I needed to book and appointment for a pedicure and manicure etc. they fit me in on the spot and May the lady that did my acrylic French set and pedicure! She was amazing! Super friendly and I was in and out within an hour! Great service and will be back again for my fill and another pedicure! Thanks May and staff! I am wedding ready!!
* My 1'st and definitely the last purchase !! I bought AG Fast Food Sulfate Free Shampoo and AG Fast Food Leave in Conditioner - Moisture. After 2 weeks I had to stop using it; as it left top of my hair even more dry, than before and itchy scalp !! I has to go few times to Hair Stylist to help me restore my hair back to normal !! Customer Service English level is poor and I can only dream about "refund" after spending 55 Would never recommend to anyone !! *

I have been a customer/client at Trade Secrets for 5 years. Every time I have gone into the store the staff is always welcoming with exceptional customer service. Everyone is always ready to help me with any of my needs and are always honest with me about products. The manager has helped me most of the time but every person that works there has never disappointed me with their service! Love Devonshire mall trade secrets and will keep shopping there. Great staff and great products!

I've sent emails, I've talked to the store manager, she called the district manager. The person replying to my emails, doesn't seem to care. However they can respond to my friend leaving a bad review on google? So here goes... Why does trade secrets as a company feel you require 2 pieces of ID for tax exempt? You don't. As per the gouvernements website, you do not need anything more than my status card, as my registration number shows i'm a "real" person.
I've had my hair done my Tim many times and I always leave mind blown at the transformation. The entire staff is so friendly and loving, they make you feel at home the entire time. I would never choose anywhere else to go to get my hair done
