I bought a TV antenna from these guys and had them do the install. They sent over this young guy (very nice kid) who didn't really know how to install the antenna. He spent 4 hours trying to do the install and finally had to call the owner to come and help him. The owner shows up after an hour or so and they spend another hour or so finishing the install (all billable time of course). Would never buy anything from these guys again. Horrible.

Common courtesy says if you are to be at an installation for a certain time ,and do not show up, YOU SHOULD AT LEAST CALL!!! VERY UNPROFESIONAL!!!
