Scheduled to have a hitch install and call the day before to confirm only for them to call back and cancel with no care at all and could do nothing to re scedual very rude and not acomidating they laugh when told was contacting head office. Poor service

This is the only place in Windsor I will store anything from my home, the customer service is great and the storage units are very clean, I would highly recommend this location.

Out of all the U-Hauls that l have done business with, this one gave me a hard time about returning my rental afterhours. They told me only business hours. Regardless, l returned it at my convenience and took a picture of this wonderful sign just incase there were any discrepancies. This will be the last time l use this U-Haul location.

This is a beautiful place and has a nice set up. The staff is wonderful and very helpful. It was really easy to get around and have every question answer perfectly. I love how they have extra little things to make for moving and packing things. There is lots of parking and the lot is easy to move around. I recommend this place for anybody.

Great service, wrong info on their website however it says no deposit if paying by debit card co badged by Visa or MasterCard card. Yet they charge a deposit and when questioned are unable to provide a reason. Other then that fantastic service
