Have had many pleasant experiences shipping parcels for work from this location. The woman who works the counter in the morning is very friendly, helpful and great at her job.

I'm available to pick up all day, so I'm not constrained by office hours. The service I received was acceptable, and the lady I dealt with was pretty friendly. The UPS phone automation menu is a horrific, steaming pile of dinosaur manure. Specifically designed to avoid human contact, and thus, human wages.

I don't know why they give a delivery date. They are always days later than the time they give you. Had I know the company I bought from was using UPS, I would not have ordered from them.

I applied for a full time driving position that had potential of becoming a permanent position. The lady that called me to set up an interview was extremely unprofessional though. I really had a hard time believing it was legit. She expected me to start orientation in two days and leave my current position without any notice. I've never heard of a place expecting that. With most jobs you have to give two weeks notice when quitting. Becoming a UPS delivery driver was always a dream job of mine but I really doubt it will ever happen. It just seems too unorganized and unprofessional in Windsor.

Use at your own risk. who knew a simple purchase would be an absolute hostage situation? The shipping to Windsor was fast, it’s been in the city for 10 days now. Expected delivery has changed twice before disappearing altogether. Updates have stopped. I have called twice. The first time I was told it was delayed two days which is understandable given our current situation. I was told that the Windsor dispatch would call me within an hour, they are late in doing that too. Still waiting. I am calling again, and may even try just going there in person to resolve the issue in person. Other delivery services in the city do not seem to be experiencing this much difficulty getting things where they need to be. If you have a choice, don’t pick UPS in Windsor. Head office really needs to look into what is going on down here and get to the bottom of it.
