Want this morning to pick up a crucial intravenous medication provided by my insurance as many other pharmacies that I've attempted to try do not also have it available. Again upon entering the store it seems that the staff people are working there did not have a clue as to what I was there to get that's all I was the other co-workers just stood there and stared at me referred me to another different medical center in order to pick it up.

Very poor selection and very unorganized. Felt like I was in a secondhand store. Unhelpful and rude sales staff which were not wearing their face masks until I entered the store. They had only one oximeter to choose from, and only 1 of those in stock. The in store price was 100. The price for the same item on THEIR website was 70 which apparently is somehow \separate\ so they don't match their own prices. I ended up buying a similar one on Amazon for 40. It was delivered the next day by a smiling driver thoughtfully wearing a mask. This experience was absolutely pathetic for a store that is owned by a national chain. I avoid the always overpriced Shoppers Drug Mart and now will never be back to any Wellwise store.
Talk about poor customer service and just plain nastiness. Requested to know the length of an item which is in a box. Woman told me look on the box. I told her there was no information on the box. She went to look at the item and said I don't know the length either. She made no attempts to find out. I took a chance on it and bought it. After ringing up the sale she told me it was nonrefundable. Make sure before you purchase something ask if it is returnable. Luckily for me the item was long enough.
I could not get over the quality of help and service that Angela provided to my family in this desperate time of need. I am writing Galen Weston about her! I don't know what we would have done without her- she heads up WELLWISE in Windsor and was prompt, efficient, polite, compassionate, and above all, professional!! Give this woman a huge raise!!
