Extremely unprofessional company. Had a driveway and patio poured in late 2018 by Windsor concrete right before the cold weather hit. Within 4 months I had 2 large cracks in the patio near the rear steps. Concrete is concrete and yes these things happen, and I understand that. Spoke several times about this to the owner (Armand Mastronardi) to come look at it to figure out what we can do, and he’s basically avoiding me now. What kind of business owner takes 18,000 from someone and won’t provide any sort of support if the client isn’t happy with the job? Armand you have a lot of growing up to do to become a professional. What makes a good contractor is how you handle things when issues arise - and you’ve proven to be unreliable and unprofessional. To anyone reading this - Avoid this company, your money is better spent elsewhere with someone who actually cares.
