Highly unprofessional clinic. They're still stuck in the 40s where no one can question the doctors and the doctors think of their patients as dumb immigrants. The receptionist is busy on her phone or reddit, while the nurses and doctors are talking about what they had for dinner last night. One doctor is particularly condescending (a female) and is quite stubborn to listen to patients' pleas and words. I would recommend those who want to go to a clinic to go elsewhere, as this clinic does not uphold the standard of modern clinic which is holistic in its conductance and nature.

Yea sure. This place is a joke, for the most part. I am being generous with the 3rd because of the service is simply not good. Go and see for yourself and you'll see.

SO friendly and helpful! They also provided me with a mask for free that actually fit my room mate (store bought masks just did not fit due to his beard)

So unbelievably disorganized.. make appointment have voicemail to prove that they made it. Get there and they say no not today next week. But when you tell them I have proof they shrug there shoulders. MAYBE IF THEY FOCUS MORE ON DOING THERE JOB RATHER THAN GOSSIPING AND SPEAKING ABOUT CLIENTS. Thankfully my NP is awesome or I wouldn't even return there . So this star is for the front desk receptionists . Get it together , get organized. This has happen more than once to myself and others I know. Not to mention there poor attitudes towards clients. Unacceptable sit in the waiting room and you will see for yourself .
