Terrible! Took my young male black lab here a couple of years ago. It was the fist time we were going to leave our dog with others. The owners were cold and uncompassionate, They showed us the kennels quickly. Then we got back down to the office, to check our puppy in and he got frightened from all the other dogs / smells around. This made him pee a puddle on the floor and before we could do anything the woman grabbed him roughly knocking his head into the bottom of the counter (most likely by mistake) and demanding to know if he was "intact". We then said we need a few minutes and left the office to call may parents to see if they would take our dog for the weekend. The owner (man) comes out extremely rude and says "either check your dog in or leave now". So I told him to "F" off and then he screamed no you "F" off and started yelling. I laughed at him and his temper, as he walked back into the building. So long sorry short, rude people who run their business strictly for profit. .
