Used to pride itself on knowledgeable staff and great customer service but if this store is taken as the example for the company you might as well drive 2mins up the road to Tesco. No approach by the staff and offers that are comparable or worse than the supermarkets. Fridges and convenience of location keep them alive. It used to have more to offer.

The worst customer service I've ever come across. I am currently 8 months pregnant and asked nicely to use the bathroom. Was told that they are for staff only. I asked if he could make an exception given my current situation and my desperate need at this moment. Again was told no with absolutely no sympathy. I explained that it is against the law to refuse the toilet to a pregnant woman and he then shouted from behind the till and infront of customers \go get the police then\. I am absolutely flabbergasted and on Christmas eve. Never will I shop there again and I'd advise anyone else to avoid. Tescos is just up the road
