Brian was very responsive. John came out in the freezing cold, on a snowy weekend—when they don’t usually work—to help us with a pretty nasty plumbing backup. We’ll definitely call them again. Highly recommend.

Called and within minutes a mechanic was here (luckily he was in the area) and he was very professional and very knowledgable! Extremely nice and curteous.. Thank you for all your help!! I will be recommending this place to every one i know that needs assistance.. :)
Honest and reliable service at a fair price. They installed a new high efficiency TRANE air conditioning and heating system for my home. It works great and everyone I interacted with at WPH was very friendly. I would highly recommend this company!

I have dealt with Winfield Plumbing & Heating several times and overall they're okay - they normally get the job done, but I have stopped using them at this point due to poor communication and poor attitude . . . I get a sense that as plumbers, they know that people need them and they seem to act pretty \holy\ over at Winfield Plumbing and you will either take what you get or you will do without. That's been my experience and as I said I have stopped using them now . . . not because of work quality but attitude and communication . . . 2 stars out of 5. Any plumber can do the work but I'm picking one with a better attitude!
