I love that it is open all the time. It isn't usually busy when I am there, but there are never towels. I often walk into the women's restroom and the toilet seat is up.
Great staff. Work with you to achieve the best of care in rehabilitation. Pre and Post surgical, post stroke, and any other needed rehabilitation for improved movement and coordination of the body. Have had nothing but great care and attention to me working to get my rehab accomplished. Convenience of scheduling appointments to fit your schedule if available. Would definitely come back if needed again.
Pros: It's clean, it's convenient and it's priced reasonably. Cons: would be nice if it were bigger, and the lack of equipment variety is kind of a bummer. It definitely gets the job done, but if your expecting to do a variety of WOD style workouts, you would be disappointed.
First gym I have ever went to and everyone was helpful and polite . Manager actually made sure everything was in its place and clean.
In walking distance from my home. Equipment older,but more challenging than some I have used.
