The staff were very helpful. Although their lobby is closed due to the pandemic, they had me call when I got to their office, and they came out to my car (wearing a mask, of course). I got what I needed and went on about my day. The staff there has always been very helpful and courteous.

Couple days after we picked up my wife's glasses (ordered same time as mine), they called to inform me my glasses would not be made because they would be to heavy. Wanted me to come back in (20 miles each way) and pick another pair of frames. I had a feeling something messed up like this might happen so on my original visit I chose 2 pair of frames, one as a backup if you will. Not entirely certain much attention was paid. Not entirely certain I will get either pair now. I honestly felt like they cared at this optometry, maybe I was wrong again. Maybe I should stop the glaucoma drops they prescribed I know I will be canceling my next visit, because I never received what I went there for. I feel a bit betrayed.

He listened to my concerns and was able to provide me with new options to allow me to continue wearing my contacts!
