Was on the hunt for a local chocolate shop to support for a Christmas gift this year. After asking around I was pointed in the direction of SWEETS & TREATS. As I live 45 minutes away and work odd hours I went to their online shop and ordered a chocolate basket for delivery. ORDER PLACED. I get a call from sweets and treats the next day saying they don’t actually ship those baskets but they can’t figure out how to change it on their website...But here’s what did it for me! He said he would drive it up to my place of work and deliver it himself as it was their mistake. AMAZING SERVICE. And the gift basket is BEAUTIFUL. Thank you ️ I RECOMMEND 1000x .

Called and spoke to a nice lady named Dana. I was unable to find someone to deliver a basket in such short notice. Dana created the basket for me and delivered it to one of our customers at Christmas. I was very impressed with the great customer service. Also, our customer loved the basket and they called us to let us know they will be using this company to send baskets to their own customers. *Update - This years (Dec 2018) basket posted as well...Thanks again Dana & Staff...lovely!
