I have tried to reach out to them and they don't even call or email you back to complete your previous appointments. It's stressful enough with Covid 19 and now the whole province under code red. We just didn't need this being ignored and not returning phone calls or emails. That is very unprofessional in any field of work. If your going to be away or something came up your not working there anymore etc...at least let your customers know and that someone else would be looking after you/us. No instead we got the total silent treatment.
