I purchased a diamond necklace from this store about a week ago and to my surprise when I gave it to my girlfriend, the latch was broken. So I went in and asked if I could get a new one and they had me wait for the boss to call me to see about it getting replaced. Well it got replaced and guess what??? The replacement was broken as well...
My fiancé said it all... all I can add is that I wish I was there when the owner was berating my fiancé and accusing my fiancé of yelling at her... you’re right about one thing Karen, you are too old for this, you should probably quit your day job.
0 stars. After purchasing a family ring, 2 different stones looked the same. So my mum (the one the ring one bought for), brought it in to see what they can do. The jeweler checked and they were in fact different, but no difference could be seen. Even after she went to pick it up, the sales associate also said she could not see a difference. The sales person said she'd talk to the owner to figure it out. great! not great. The owner called my mum and asked if she would like it replaced and my mum said she would just like "the right one in there". When my mum came to pick it up, the stone in there was way too blue and not actually a March stone because, in Karen's words, "you weren't happy with the March stone that was in there". Karen then went on to accuse my mum of saying that she okayed the replacement they did (not actually a march stone), when she didnt actually ok it. Karen also called me when she couldn't get ahold of my mum, and I told her DO NOT REPLACE IT. They charged her 70 bucks over their mistake. They also never let her know when it was ready to be picked up. When my mum went to pay and pick up her ring, Karen actually slapped down two wrapped Christmas gifts (the cheap ones that give to customers with their orders) and said, "There! Hope that makes you feel better" we now have the wrong march stone because they refuse to fix their mistake and needless to say, we won't be back.
We were told that my wedding band would get here in time for our wedding and it is not here and it most definitely will not make it for our wedding day!!
