Shoppers in Winkler is a wonderful store. The staff are amazing and work hard. Management cares about their staff and customers alike. True customers of this store know how amazing and caring the staff are. Most negative comments are from an anti-masker group teaming up to bully the store and that’s cruel. I hate masks as much as the next person but to go out of your way and try to hurt a local business that serves the community is shameful.

Extremely disappointed in the manager. He should be fired for his rude behaviour. He yelled at a woman in front of the whole store that she would not be served unless she wore a mask. He did not ask if she had an exemption. He also told her it had to be a “real mask” when she pulled a thick scarf over her face. No one had the right to assault another person verbally like that. Not sure of his name but he looks to be middle aged and wears glasses. Is this what you want your store to be known for?

EDIT: THEY ALSO DELETE REVIEWS THEY DON'T LIKE they used to have 58 reviews with a 1.9 star rating (which they deserved) now magically they have 25 reviews with 3 star rating. The workers are sheep, they are more scared of following the government protocols than they are of Covid. If they were scared of Covid they wouldn't have stood so close to me while telling me that I was supposed to wear a mask. The government is scaring more people than Covid is. Why are people okay with this?

Wow what a nasty bunch of people.. please do yourself a favor and don't support these unbelievably rude staff. I will make a complaint to their head office cause no one deserves to be degraded like this for no reason at all. Go to Pfals or winkler pharmacy where they treat you with respect.

Great service! Pharmacy staff were very helpful when my daughters meds were in short supply in Canada. They called other pharmacies to find some.
