Brett was outstanding! Helped my 86 year old mother get a great buy on an Escape and gave her his personal cell number to help her whenever she needed it with all the advanced safety features. Brett even drove the car to my moms house and gave her a driving lesson so she could use the adaptive cruise and other features. What a great experience! My mom loves the car and her family loves the safety features that help keep her safe! Thanks Brett!!

I called Saturday cuz it was the only place in town open that I could get a windshield wiper replaced and it was snowing. They got me in right away not only did they replaced the wipers they checked the air in my tires and did a five point inspection. And it was super fast and a very reasonable price. It was such a small job but considering it was snowing and it was so cold I want them to know how much I appreciate it and I will definitely use word of mouth and will be back when I need other service done. Thank you

My fiancé and I test drove a 2017 Ford Fusion but we weren’t completely in love with it, and it was outside of our budget. We were working with Gino and he was very pushy. We told him we were going to grab lunch down the road and he forced the keys of the Fusion on us, then told us to take it. He even said he would pay for our lunch. We politely declined. Later that day he called and left a message saying, “Hi it’s Gino from Klein Ford. Just checking to see if you two were coming back? It seems like you stiffed us at this point.” Very unprofessional.
