The carpet was installed correctly; however, the doors were not put back on after installation and the carpet was not vacuumed. When we called Carpet One about this, they told us their installer “ran out of time.” Carpet One told us they would gladly put the doors back on and vacuum...for another 200.00. We had carpet installed by this same company in another town. They did not charge extra to put the doors back on or vacuum.

We went in to get some prices on carpet and flooring. Lots to choose from, but very disappointed in the sales staff. Friendly, but unable to give us prices due to the fact she was new and had not been given access to the computer program needed for pricing. WHAT??? AND SHE WAS THE ONLY ONE THERE!!?? If this is how they train their staff, it worries me about the rest of the company. Won't be back and will not recommend this store.

Customer service was very friendly and helpful. After the installation I didn't like one of the corners. It was a Saturday and I called the installer and he was at my house within the hour to fix the rounded corner to more of a ninety degree corner. Service was professional and efficient. Highly recommendable.
